Our Mission & Values

For more than 20 years, the JSNRF has helped build the bridge between recovery and the criminal justice system.

The Judge Seth Norman Recovery Foundation (JSNRF) promotes the Therapeutic Community model through long-term residential Recovery Court programs. These programs serve as an alternative to incarceration for persons with substance use and co-occurring disorders while maintaining judicial supervision. The JSNRF is an integrated part of these programs and supports the residential Recovery Courts through community activities that include advocacy, outreach, education, and program reviews.

Recovery

The NCRSF feels that recovery is an ongoing, gradual, long-term process of change. It doesn’t happen overnight and those seeking it need to be supported throughout their journey.

The NRCSF looks for opportunities to facilitate new partnerships, identify resources for the therapeutic communities, and bridge the gap between the criminal justice system and the community.
